How to create an Apple ID for a different region?

Some apps are actually region-specific, so having an Apple ID for a different region becomes interesting. Registering an Apple ID is not difficult. If you don't know how to register, you can refer to this tutorial written by other users. It includes screenshots of the steps. Currently, there is no "NONE" payment option, but you can ignore it. Don't select "master/visa" or "paypal". Just fill in the billing address below. The registration policy is constantly changing. If you encounter any problems, you can leave a comment or provide solutions for others.
